What We Do
RTP Works’ mission is to empower individuals, seniors and families facing significant barriers by offering a comprehensive support system that fosters long-term stability, independence, and personal growth. Career Development and Continuum of Care
We are dedicated to serving individuals who are experiencing homelessness, those at risk of becoming homeless, as well as families and seniors facing significant barriers to employment and housing including maintaining any current stability.
- Personalized Coaching: Tailored support for career development, job readiness, personal growth, and overcoming life challenges.
- Skills Training: Hands-on training in agriculture, maintenance, technology, and other local market needs to build job-specific expertise.
- Job Placements & Internships: Partnerships with local businesses to offer job opportunities and internships that align with participants’ career goals.
- Ongoing Support: Job retention services to ensure long-term success, including assistance with workplace challenges and housing needs.
- Access to Community Resources: A community hub offering services like hygiene facilities, emotional support, food, childcare assistance, legal aid, and more.

Graffiti Abatement

Litter Removal, Beautification & Special Projects
