Drake Cunningham
Drake has an extensive career in home building. His experience as a former general contractor, project manager, general superintendent and small business owner, has taught him many valuable lessons and skills that align well with the services that RTP provides. Drake was the Board President of the Petaluma Arts Center and RTP’s Board President for 6 years before taking the position of Executive Director.
Megan Kelly
Megan brings a deep commitment to community-centered leadership to her role as Deputy Director at Rebuilding Together Petaluma. With a background in education and nonprofit leadership, she has served as an inclusive teacher, school administrator,
Director of People Operations, and Interim Executive Director. Her experience strengthening teams, guiding organizations through transition and building equitable systems aligns closely with RTP’s mission to serve neighbors with dignity and care.
Operations
Anya Drelich
Anya has more than a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, finance, operations, communications, and fundraising. Most recently, she served as Business Operations Manager at Petaluma People Services Center, supporting finance and operations for critical community programs. Earlier in her career, she helped launch the Children’s Museum of Sonoma County, contributing to grant writing, communications, and the organization’s capital campaign. As a Petaluma resident for close to two decades, Anya values the opportunity to support the community through her work at Rebuilding Together Petaluma.
Programs
Marianne Curtis
Mare has been a part of this community and has called Petaluma home for over 10 years. She recently came on at Rebuilding Together Petaluma after working in the Real Estate Industry for the past 7 years as a Realtor and Property Manager. She also has experience working with local contractors within the maintenance and construction industry. She really wants to make a positive impact in other people’s lives.
Deirdre Bailey
Deirdre has 25 years of experience in architecture and project management. She has worked in corporate retail design and was self-employed in residential design. Hiring on with Rebuilding Together has provided her an opportunity to put her skills and experience to use in helping neighbors in our community. She is grateful to be able to serve low-income seniors so that they can age in place with dignity.
Construction Services
Toran Geiser
As a General Contractor in Petaluma with 30 years of residential and light-commercial building experience, Toran brings vast knowledge and commitment to his new position as RTP Construction Manager. Toran is looking forward to the transition into the nonprofit world as a core member of our team. His dedication to provide clients with high levels of attention to detail, thoughtful, patient, even-keeled communication, and methodologies mesh well with RTP’s empathetic, person-first approach to service.
Jose Miguel Mejia
As a member of the organization, Miguel values the opportunity to support the community through his work. He loves his family very much and is aware of the needs of others. Miguel is happy to help elders, young people, and whoever needs his help, and to be there to support them.
Community Services
Tatiana Mora Liautaud
Tatiana is an experienced Project Director with extensive expertise in non-profit leadership, focusing on systematic, social, and economic development.
Through her multifaceted career, as Project Director at PRODEV in Haiti and as co-founder of FotoKonbit, Tatiana has demonstrated profound commitment to community-driven education and empowerment.
Tatiana served as the Sr. Project Manager at Downtown Streets Team in Petaluma for over 4 years, providing a pathway to recovery from homelessness through innovative team-building and community service strategies.
Tatiana brings to RTP her vast knowledge and experience assisting, coaching, developing, and encouraging folks through the barriers of attaining permanent employment and housing. She serves as the new RTP Community Services and Development Director.
Taycha Solivan
Taycha Solivan is a bilingual (Spanish) professional with extensive experience in office management, security, customer service, and case management.
As the Security Operations Manager Taycha played a key role in compliance and site safety, while building strong relationships. She served as a security guard for Retirement Communities, Mental Health units, emergency rooms, and various homeless service sites.
Taycha’s experience extends to case management and working with at-risk children and families. As a Resource Parent and Independent Contractor with Marin Child and Family Services, she helped children transition back to their families or into permanent homes, providing life skills coaching and support for older children aging out of foster care.
With a passion for helping individuals overcome obstacles and reach their full potential, Taycha is eager to bring her expertise in management, client relations, and community service to a role that fosters growth and positive impact.

Abigail Smyth
Wine executive and nonprofit board member
The globe-trotting Abigail Smyth, who spent seven years living in Senegal, Sierra Leone, France and Australia, returned home to California wine country in 2004.
She completed a Wine Business M.B.A. at Sonoma State University in 2010 and has immersed herself in the wine export market ever since.
Her philanthropic work includes being a long-time Board member for Team Swift, a junior cycling development team, Redwood Empire Food Bank (2016-2022), Santa Rosa Junior College Friends of the Petaluma Campus Committee (2021-2025).
She follows the ethos that if one is able, one is obligated.
She resides with her partner, Bradford and medium-size black Lab, Levon in Petaluma, CA, where she is an accomplished oarswoman.
John Gorman
Owner, Save Energy Windows & Doors

John was born in NYC but uses his East Coast edge for good, not evil. After high school, John attended several colleges before moving to San Francisco to help his brother Michael start Save Energy Company in 1983. Michael left the company in 1999, and John and his sister-in-law Pat Gorman have been running it together since that time.
When not working, John enjoys golfing, hiking, reading a good book and writing.
Lydia Asselin
Lydia is a retired architect with over 40 years of experience in managing commercial projects. She spent the first dozen years of her career working for various San Francisco architectural firms before moving over to the client side, where she found she had a knack for value engineering. Treating the client’s dollars as if they were her own, she spun off a successful consulting practice that took retail prototype designs and made them cost effective to build out on a national scale.
In the current chapter of her life, Lydia paints watercolors and is a Visual Thinking Strategies guide at the Petaluma Arts Center. She also volunteers within Petaluma’s independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. Her ongoing work with seniors who live in residential facilities underscores the critical importance of RTP’s mission of keeping low-income seniors in their homes.
Lydia is originally from New England but started her westward migration first to architecture school in Texas, and then to San Francisco for work. She moved to Petaluma in 2016 after 37 years of city living in San Francisco, and became involved with RTP through volunteer work days and the newly formed housing committee. When she’s not painting or volunteering, you’re likely to find her on the hiking trails at Helen Putnam Regional Park, partaking in Petaluma’s food scene, and keeping an eye on local politics.
Dennis Pocekay
Dennis received an Engineering degree from CalTech and an MD from Creighton University. In 1982, he began an Internal Medicine and Geriatrics practice with Kaiser Permanente in Santa Rosa. He started the first Fibromyalgia Clinic in the KP Northern California region, as well as a clinic for patients with chronic low back pain who refused surgery.
In 1988, he left KP to complete a fellowship in Occupational & Environmental Medicine at UC Davis. He and his wife (also a physician) adopted two children during this time, Sean and Gina. He returned to KP as the Chief of Occupational Medicine at KP San Rafael and remained there until his retirement in 2009.
After retiring from active medical practice, Dennis tutored medical students and taught Public Health to undergrads at UC Davis. He took on other duties based at the Regional hub in Oakland, as Lead for both Occupational Health & Safety Services and Disability Management. He served on the boards of Mentor Me and PPSC and has volunteered extensively with the North Bay Rapid Response Network (NBRRN) since 2017.
After the 2016 election, he decided to run for office and was elected in 2020 to the Petaluma City Council. Since his council term ended early this year, he has served on the boards of Rebuilding Together Petaluma (RTP) since early 2025, and Commitee on the Shelterless (COTS).
Ann Edminster
Ann Edminster is a pioneering green building consultant and educator focused on the transition to a climate-stable culture. Trained as an architect, she facilitates design teams, coaches other building practitioners, does research, teaches, and develops education programs designed to elevate skills and knowledge within the building industry. She has written numerous papers, articles, and book chapters as well as having authored two books, the award-winning Energy Free: Homes for a Small Planet, and Efficient Wood Use in Residential Construction: A Practical Guide to Saving Wood, Money, and Forests (a cult classic). Since moving from Pacifica to Petaluma in 2019, she has been a member of Climate Action Petaluma, served on the City’s Climate Action Commission, and been an advisor to Cool Petaluma. https://annedminster.com.
Irina Irvine
Irina Irvine is an academic researcher from National Park Service.
She is the Ocean and Coastal Resources Program Coordinator for thePacific West Region.
Her expertise cover restoration ecology, plant ecology, invasive species (terrestrial & aquatic), nutrient pollution and effects on coastal resources, marine debris, outreach and youth engagement in stewardship.
Kyle Muelrath
Kyle first engaged with Rebuilding Together as a volunteer coordinator, later deepening his commitment through his work with NAMI, where he helped transform unlivable spaces into homes for individuals with mental health challenges.
His career in housing development and property management includes overseeing large-scale, affordable communities, leading housing operations, securing funding, and advocating for those in need. He has worked directly with residents to ensure safe, sustainable living environments.
Outside of his professional work, Kyle enjoys spending time with family, working on renovation projects, and managing Petaluma Beef. He is excited to contribute to Rebuilding Together’s mission and make a lasting impact in the community
Jessica Power
Marion Weinreb
Marion Weinreb has had 50 years of experience in management, finance and quality systems operations at pharmaceutical, medical device and biotech companies. She has helped the pharmaceutical industry bring over 50 new drugs and medical devices from clinical development to commercialization. Marion is the President of MWeinreb Consulting, LLC a full service consulting company specializing in CGMP quality systems and regulatory compliance.
She is a self-described social justice advocate who believes in helping to level the playing field so that everyone has a chance to thrive. Her commitment to the creed that it is our human responsibility to help those who are less fortunate is demonstrated by her history of leadership roles within the non-profit sector addressing social justice issues. Marion serves as a Board Member of The Living Room and Homeward Bound of Marin. She also assisted Homeless Action Sonoma in establishing their housing village in Sonoma in 2023. She also serves in an advisory capacity for SHARE Sonoma County and VIDAS . Marion is a cofounder of Sonoma Applied Village Services (SAVS).
