Employment Specialist

Full-Time, Non-Exempt | Petaluma, CA

Rebuilding Together Petaluma is hiring an Employment Specialist to join our RTP Works team. In this role, you’ll provide individualized career coaching, facilitate employment-focused workshops, build employer partnerships, and help participants connect with training, education, and job opportunities on their path to sustainable employment.

This position requires a flexible schedule, including some evenings and occasional weekends, and a valid California driver’s license (you’ll be transporting participants to interviews, job sites, and program activities).
